fireflies something invisible keeps appearing
.Presence 44, June 2011
Wow! Talk of power in this haiku…with its truth, too! Congrats again, Melissa!
I do so love your firefly ku!
We don’t get fireflies near where I live, so these haiku’s are nice and always welcomed.
It also inspired me to write about something involving fireflies. So thank you.
this ku evokes a sense of ah and magic – invisible and appearing – beautiful connection and visual image. zing.
lanterns beyond the creek fireflies
a bon dance beyond the creek fireflies
yeah, it’s bon dance season here.
Had to Google “bon dance.” Now I have to go to one. I don’t believe they are traditionally celebrated in Wisconsin, however.
excellent haiku – love it
